CB750 Big Bore Kit

Robinson Precision Engines will refurbish your CB750 to 836 cc or 1050 cc!

836 kit cam can be as simple as sending us your barrel, which we will bore and hone to suit the bigger forged pistons. Other modifications will make it go even more better like cam, porting of the head, replace std carby’s 4 into 1, ignition, knife edge crankshaft and balancing.

1050 kit is a little more involved, the barrels will be re-sleeved, and therefore the crank case has to be machined out also to fit these larger sleeves. You will have new conrods, knife edge crankshaft, balanced, copper head gasket, porting on the head, cam, ignition, larger carby’s and we will also ceramic coat the pistons. Then freshen up the chains inside the motor, replace any worn bearings and check coush drive.

All these things are not necessary but it’s a big job doing it again after it’s in the frame.
